Dellner Bubenzer was formed in July 2021, bringing together Germany’s Pintsch Bubenzer, Sweden’s Dellner Brakes and Italian storm brake manufacturer Rima. The company can trace its history back to 1843. View more company history.

Silentbloc was acquired by Dellner in 2019 and Dellner Woodville was formed in 2009 when Dellner acquired Woodville Polymer (formerly the Woodville Rubber Company, established 1948).

Dellner Romag Ltd was formed in 2020 when Dellner purchased the assets of Romag Ltd. Romag started out in 1943 with the manufacture of safety goggles for RAF pilots and expanded into the production of specialist rail glass in the 1960s.

Percy Lane Products became part of DPGS in July 2021. Now based in Tamworth, Percy Lane Products Limited was established in Birmingham in 1932 by Captain Percy Lane to provide windows, windscreens and louvres for mechanically propelled vehicles.
