Dellner Bubenzer Braking and Hydraulic Solutions incorporates:

Dellner Bubenzer was formed in July 2021, bringing together Germany's Pintsch Bubenzer, Sweden's Dellner Brakes and Italian storm brake manufacturer Rima. The company can trace its history back to 1843.

Dellner Hydratech became part of the Dellner Bubenzer group in October 2021, following the acquisition of the business of Denmark's Hydratech Industries.

Dellner Frimatrail Frenoplast became part of the Dellner Bubenzer Group in November 2021, following the acquisition of the business of Poland's Frimatrail Frenoplast S.A.

UK-based Dellner Polymer and Glass Solutions (DPGS) incorporates:

Silentbloc was acquired by Dellner in 2019 and Dellner Woodville was formed in 2009 when Dellner acquired Woodville Polymer (formerly the Woodville Rubber Company, established 1948). In 2020 Dellner Polymer Solutions was formed by merging Silentbloc and Woodville.

Dellner Romag Ltd was formed in 2020 when Dellner purchased the assets of Romag Ltd and Percy Lane Products became part of DPGS in July 2021. Together they form Dellner Glass Solutions.

Ferrabyrne Ltd became part of DPGS in June 2022. The company was formed in 1970 through the merger of Ferring Rubber & Plastics Ltd with Byrne Moulding & Engineering. Dellner Ferrabyrne specialises in rubber-to-metal bonded components and rail suspension systems.
